Available from March to the end of August

The loaves are produced from a cut of the pork loin from selected pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

They are salted by hand, delicately spiced and slightly smoked with cherry and laurel logs, finally naturally aged for about 6 months.

Weight

the sizes ranging from about 2.5 kg to 7 kg

How we sell it

whole or an half,  on order cut into slices individually placed under vacuum-packaging.
