Prosciutto leggermente affumicato

The hams are produced from fresh thighs from selected pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The thighs are salted and massaged by hand, followed by pressing, smoking with cherry and laurel logs, natural aging ranging from 16 to 24 months and the various larding procedures during aging.
The smoking is very delicate, on the palate the ham is delicately smoked and sweet.

whole with the bone, or on order, boned and cut into slices vacuum-packed but always to be purchased whole.
