Our products are always sold whole, on advance order.

We cut them into pieces, that are individually vacuum-packed but must always be purchased in full.

The prosciutto (dry-cured ham) on order is boned and cut into a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 3 pieces.

The speck bacon on order is cut into a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 4 pieces.

The guanciale (pork cheek) is cut into a maximum of 2 pieces.

The bacon on order is cut in a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 4 pieces.

The loaf on order is cut into a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 4 pieces.

 

The availability of our products varies according to the month, pre-ordering is always recommended.
